The C-TIPI is an adaption of the TIPI Gosling et al., 2003, designed to measure participants' goals to increase in each of the big five personality traits.
Although the C-TIPI is adequate for use in cross-sectional research, it is not appropriate for use as a longitudinal predictor or outcome Hudson & Lodi-Smith, 2023.
For longitudinal research, use the 60-item C-BFI2 or 30-item C-BFI2S instead.
